Focaccia marmolada

Resumen

Focaccia bicolor con pasta de aceituna negra y tomate seco.

Ingredientes

  1. Prepare two bowls and add each half of the amount of the flour and salt
  2. In a another two bowls mix each half of the yeast with sweetener and water and stir until yeast is diluted
  3. Fill each yeast mixture into one of the bowls with the flour and drizzle some oil on top
  4. Add the olive paste to one and the tomato paste to the other bowl and mix both well
  5. In a big bowl fill in both doughs by taking a spoon of each dough at a time to create the marble look
  6. Cover bowl and let rest for 8h
  7. Prepare a squared cake mold (20x30cm) with 4 tbsp olive oil
  8. Fill the dough into the mold with some more oil on top and stretch out dough to the corners and let rest for 1h
  9. 1/2h before baking preheat the oven to 250°C
  10. With your fingers poke some holes into the dough and drizzle olive oil on top
